Canada and Costa Rica, United States and Mexico qualify for semifinals, so the top two teams in each group face each other on the final matchday; something makes me think this wasn't accidental to be scheduled this way. Haiti and Cuba, Dominican Republic and Guatemala play for third place and for the respect of not being completely shutout for the entire tournament. Canada and USA win their groups with a win or a tie, holding the goal differential tiebreaker by 4 and 15 respectively, with the loser of each game playing the winner of the other in the round of death semifinal.
